- Modeling MethodChoose experimental dogs, according to the dose of 30 ~ 50 mg/kg body weight by intramuscular injection of ketamine hydrochloride anesthesia, animals after general anesthesia, to fix its lie on your back neck midline incision, skin incision, along the strip muscle midline anterior portion, expose thyroid cartilage, cricoid cartilage and trachea, found in tracheoesophageal groove on one side of the laryngeal recurrent nerve, confirmed by electrical stimulation of the laryngeal recurrent nerve after cut off 1 cm, ligation, on both ends on laryngeal nerve ligation on both ends, the unilateral laryngeal paralysis animal model. For animal models of bilateral laryngeal paralysis, the same method can be used to cut off the other side of the laryngeal recurrent nerve.
