MODE-K

MODE-K cell line is a murine small intestinal epithelial cell line that was established from the ileum of transgenic mice expressing an oncogenic mutation. MODE-K cells have been extensively used to study intestinal epithelial biology, including barrier function, transport mechanisms, and immune responses in the gut. These cells provide a valuable tool for investigating molecular pathways involved in intestinal homeostasis and disease, such as inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.
