Recently, we found the counterfeit of Cloud-Clone products on the market, which is applying the appearance and the product inserts with Cloud-Clone brand to deceive the consumers. The following is the proof about an unscrupulous company, who is applying the Cloud-Clone logo to offer some fake products for the certain illusory targets (Cloud-Clone do not have the product number with E-02401, we do not provide any ELISA kit for Human Bocavirus IgM).

Meanwhile, the client who was named Karim Khairy Hanna Bekhit, working in the Faculty of Pharmacy at Faro University from Egypt, became a victim of these counterfeit goods. He did not achieve the expected results for his experiment, not to mention a large loss of samples, time and money. At worst, Cloud-Clone's reputation has been badly damaged in the Egypt market.

We are outraged at this company who is just want to increase the illegally profiting businesses by offering the fake products to deceive the consumers. In order to protect our company brand and the product image, to protect our customer rights as well, we hereby reaffirm that all the behaviors of counterfeiting Cloud-Clone products, infringing Cloud-Clone trademark rights, misappropriation Cloud-Clone website information and false propaganda, etc.. Cloud-Clone will retain the right to pursue legal responsibility according to the law, and pursue legal liability for the behaviors that adversely affect illegal sales.
