USCN will move into export processing zones

Export processing zone is a special industrial zone specialized in manufacturing, processing, assembling exported commodities. It is one form of special economic zones. Export processing zone is always selected to be in the areas where economy is relatively developed. They are of convenient transportation and foreign trade, sufficient labours and resources, a good basis for urban development. They are usually situated in the coastal port or country near the border.The world's first export processing zone was built in 1956 in Ireland Shannon International Airport. Export processing zones was established at China Taiwan Kaohsiung in the 1960s. Later, many countries followed the example set. Due to China's reform and opening policy in the 1980s , the coastal cities began to build export processing zones.

 

Export processing zones is a special customs supervision area. It is an area within the boundary of P. R China but outside of Chinese Customs, commonly known as "outside the customs and within the boundary." "Within the boundary" refers to the companies located at the export processing zone inside of P.R. China, applicable to all Chinese laws and regulations. "Outside the customs" refers to the companies located at the export processing zones out of the supervision of Chinese Customs. For Customs, export processing zones are considered as "within the boundary".

 

According to the plan of Investment Promotion Bureau of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, 35 acres of land was arranged for our company. During the period of construction, pre-administrative examination and approval, a transitional space of about 5,000 square are provided for our company. Decoration renovation of the transitional building is expected to be completed in April.
