Dr.Zhengwang Chen,a professor in Huazhong Technology and Science University held a lecture in USCN

Zhengwang Chen, a professor of Huazhong Technology and Science University came to our company to give a lecture.

 

Professor Chen presented the history of discovery of polypeptide and various bioactive protein as well as the function those proteins perform in regulating metabolism and causing disease. Professor Chen also combined his own work experience to introduce a normal protocol of purifying bioactive peptide and different methods in every purifying step.

 

Finally he presented the process of protein purification, detection and identification of protein activity. As a basic regulator in life growth and development, every kind of protein performs its own function. Every kind of natural protein is good antigen that more Elisa Kits will be produced if those natural proteins can be isolated and corresponding antibody can be made, providing more help to diagnose diseases.
