Biotime, Inc (US) finally signed the cooperation agreement after three times visiting

November 22, 2011, Dr. David K. Jin represent Biotime, Inc(US) visited us for the first time. During the conversation, Dr. Jin mentioned that Biotime engaged in stem cell research, has been searching for the suppliers providing high-quality ELISA Kit, antibodies and hybridoma cell. In the past few months, they tested many different kits from the world wide suppliers, the result shows that USCN provides products fully comply with their experimental requirement, and they are very satisfied with the product stability and the efficiency of the USCN team.

 

The conversation can be divided into two parts. On the one hand, Biotime hopes to buy lots of USCN Kit to help with the stem cell selection project, our company will offer the authority of 10 hybridoma within five years, and to provide the technology concerning the authorization project, two parties will cooperate in research to develop the stem cell products in line with the FDA(US) certification standard; on the other hand, LifeMap, Biotime affiliated company, is interested in becoming our dealers in the United States, and LifeMap Sciences is the Biotime joint project with Genecard, this sales platform is for product promotion.

 

December 9, 2011, we, together with Dr. David, started the consultation about the co-operation aspects in specific details. December 15, 2011, during the third visiting, two parties signed the cooperation framework agreement.
