PRODUCT INFORMATION

Diluent Buffer for Antibody is mainly used for antibody dilution. On one hand, it provides a suitable pH and ionic concentration to enhance specific antibody-antigen binding capacity, and reduce nonspecific binding. On the other hand, protective agent of Diluent Buffer can ensure stability of antibody.

CHARACTERISTICS

Clear liquid.

STORAGE

Store at -20ºC for 2 years, or 2-8ºC for 6 months. Please use the Diluent Buffer within 1 month once open.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Please avoid microbial contamination.

2. If precipitate has been found, please place the Diluent Buffer in water bath at 37ºC till it dissolves completely.

3. Appropriate care should be exercised when using these reagents, including gloves, glasses, lab coats, and good laboratory procedures.
