PRODUCT INFORMATION

Standard Diluent is mainly used for dilution of standard in ELISA kit. In order to meet customer requirements about the lack of standard diluent in the ELISA experiment, and the poor effect of self-developed standard diluent, an optimized Standard Diluent is provided by Cloud-Clone Corp.. It enhances binding effect of standard and antibody, and increases the solubility of standard, significantly.

REAGENTS AND MATERIALS PROVIDED

NOTE: * The working solutions should be clear.

*If working solution is prepared, please store at 2-8ºC, and use up within one week.

STORAGE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY

It is valid for one year at room temperature. Please make solution fresh before the experiment.

Application

Prepare a working solution by diluting the reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 160ml working solution.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Please avoid microbial contamination.

2. If precipitate has been found, please place the coating buffer in water bath with 37℃ till completely dissolution. Appropriate care should be exercised when using these reagents, including gloves, glasses, lab coats, and good laboratory procedures.
