PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Assay Kit DIY Support Pack is intended to use together with Assay Kit DIY Materials for ELISA/CLIA kit
(sandwich method) preparation. This pack provides sufficient materials and reagents for preparation of 10 ELISA/CLIA plates. All reagents should be used at room temperature and the pack is intended for research purposes only.

Applications
| Reagents | Applications |
| Plate Sealer | Use to cover the wells while incubation. |
| Coating Buffer | Used for coating antibody on the wells of 96-well strip plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Coating Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 220ml working solution. |
| Blocking Buffer | Used for blocking of unspecific binding sites of the plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Blocking Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 240ml working solution. |
| Reagent Diluent 1 | Used for dilution of Standard. Prepare a working solution by diluting Reagent Diluent 1 with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 160ml working solution. |
| Reagent Diluent 2 | Used for dilution of Detection Antibody. Prepare a working solution by diluting Reagent Diluent 2 with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 120ml working solution. |
| Reagent Diluent 3 | Used for dilution of Streptavidin-HRP. Prepare a working solution by diluting Reagent Diluent 3 with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 120ml working solution. |
| Wash Buffer | For plate washing. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Wash Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 2000ml working solution. |
| Enhancer | Used to enhance the effect of blocking. Please add 50ul Enhancer into 100ml the Blocking Buffer working solution. |
NOTE: *All of the working solutions should be clear.
*If working solution is prepared, please store at 2-8ºC, and use up within one week.
Storage
This pack is valid for one year at room temperature. Please make all solutions fresh before the experiment. Store diluted (reconstituted powder) or working solutions for up to one week at 2-8 ºC for use in subsequent experiments.

Appropriate care should be exercised when using these reagents, including gloves, glasses, lab coats, and good laboratory procedures.
