PBS and TRIS buffer is widely used in biological experiments, such as Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs), etc.

STORAGE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY

Store at a cool place. The Period of Validity is 1 year.

Power in bags, 12 bags in one box.

OPERATION

Dissolve one bag of buffer in 1L of distilled water, mix, adjust pH to 8.0 with HCl and store the buffer solution at 4℃. Sterilization can be performed by filtration. Filter the buffer solution through a 0.22 μm filter into a sterile flask or autoclave the solution for 15 to 20 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please avoid microbial contamination while using the buffer.
Precipitates may appear at low temperatures. If it happens, put the bottle in water bath at 37℃. For your safety and health, please wear lab coat and disposable gloves in experiment.
