The 10kDa～70kDa Unstained Protein Molecular Weight Marker is a mixture of eight recombinant proteins rang from 10 kDa to 70 kDa, the proteins are stable, and they will show bright ladders after Coomassie Blue staining.

STORAGE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY

The product is stable for one year from date of receipt when stored at -20°C.

Storage Buffer

100mM Tris-HCl (pH6.8), 4％SDS, 0.2％BPB, 20％glycerol, 2％β-ME.

1. Do not heating the10kDa～70kDa Unstained Protein Molecular Weight Marker.
2.The 10kDa～70kDa Unstained Protein Molecular Weight Marker can be stored at 4ºC, but the time period should not be longer than 3 months.
3. 4-6µl per well for mini gel, 9-10µl per well for large gel.
