  • Modeling MethodHealthy ordinary grade variegated guinea pigs, male and female, weight 400 ~ 500g, ear augmentation sensitive, otoscopy to exclude the outer ear, middle ear inflammation. Methods The endotoxin lipopolysaccharide 1g/L. Under the microscope group, each animal was injected with E.coli lipopolysaccharide into the control group. The control group was injected with the same amount of saline. The auditory reflex and brainstem evoked potentials were measured before and after 1d, 10d, respectively. The animals were sacrificed and the anatomical otic tissues were fixed from the round window and the cochlea. The nitric oxide or 3% glutaraldehyde was fixed for cochlear patrol and electron microscopy scanning.
