TF-1

TF-1 is a human hematopoietic cell line derived from the bone marrow of a patient with erythroleukemia. The TF-1 cell line was established in the 1970s and has since been widely used in hematological and cancer research. TF-1 cells have characteristics of erythroid progenitor cells and can differentiate into various hematopoietic lineages, making them valuable for studying hematopoiesis, erythropoiesis, and leukemia development.

TF-1 cells have been utilized to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying hematopoietic differentiation, proliferation, and survival, as well as to screen potential anti-leukemia drugs and therapies. These cells have contributed to our understanding of blood cell biology, leukemia pathogenesis, and the development of targeted treatments for hematological malignancies.
