Trigeminal ganglion neurons（TGN）can be used for research fo mechanosensitivity of voltage-gated currents in rat trigeminal ganglion neurons. Voltage-gated K+, dependent sodium (INa) and calcium (ICa currents in rat trigeminal ganglion neurons were characterized with a standard whole cell patch-clamp technique.
