September 16, the tenth Conference on Overseas Chinese Poineering and Developing in China is sponsored and organized jointly by Overseas Chinese Affiairs office of the State Council and Province and Wuhan(Hubei) Government in Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Our chairman Mr.Li Huayuan and the deputy general manager Mr.Zhang Xiubo are invited to attend the opening ceremony as the representative.

Opening is hosted by the deputy director of Overseas Chinese Affiairs office of the State Council Mr.Ren Qiliang, National Committee vice chairman Mr.Zheng Wantong attends, the director of Overseas Chinese Affiairs office of the State Council Mr.Li Haifeng, the secretary of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee Mr.Luo Qingquan give the speech sequently. Overseas Chinese professionals from over 40 countries and regions, businessmen, overseas compatriot community leaders, media leaders, more than 1,200 overseas represent the conference. This conference will be about the implementation of the creative talent training project, based on industry restructuring and revitalization, attracting overseas talents back with innovation and entrepreneurship, and seek to further cooperation and more business opportunities with the powerful overseas Chinese entrepreneurs. After the opening ceremony, Mr. Li visites the exhibition hall of the General Assembly. With the purpose of attracting overseas talent We discuss with Wuhan Municipal Leading Group Officers about "Huanghe talents project" and exchange views of the request of the creative talents.
