  • Modeling Method1. SD rats (7 day old ) with low birth weight and lactation rats were placed together in the self-made oxygen box sealed. The box is connected with 100% moist pure oxygen, and the oxygen flow rate is controlled at the oxygen concentration of 0.6 to 0.8L/min in the range of 80%±3%. During the period, the oxygen concentration in the oxygen tank was monitored by oxygen meter to ensure the constant oxygen concentration.
    2. 1 times a day to open the box to replace the oxygen bedding, food, and water exchange and replacement for 5 days, 5 days under high oxygen environment, and then moved to the normal ambient temperature feeding.
