[PRODUCT INFORMATION]

Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) will offer stable ionic environment, pH buffering capacity, necessary energy and inorganic salt which can meet the requirement of in vitro experiments. Carbonate Buffer(PH=8.3) is constituted of sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride, whose bicarbonate radical is 0.1M, PH is 8.3. It is mainly used in enzymatic reaction, antigen-antibody binding reaction and other uses. This product is in powder, which is easy to use.

[APPLICATIONS]

Immunohistochemistry, Immunoblotting, Immunofluorescence, Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and other biochemistry and immunology experiments.

[STORAGE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY]

Store it at cold and shade for one year.

[USAGE]

Dissolve one bag of buffer in 1L of distilled water, mix and sterilize, store it at 4℃ for frequent use.

[Note]

1. Please avoid microbial contamination while using this product.

2. Precipitates may appear at low temperatures. If it happens, put the bottle in water bath at 37℃. For your safety and health, please wear lab coat and disposable gloves in experiment.
